Student Life
As educators, you do everything you can to support your students’ educational and future goals. At Columbia College Hollywood & Flashpoint Chicago we believe that community is everything. This is why we created the Educator Resource Page designed to give you important resources you need to help support your students’ passions.
Following, you will find a list of material, video tutorials, and virtual events that our dedicated Outreach team created with your students in mind. Register for live virtual events by filling out the form on the side, or get access to content from our resource library below.

Sit back and relax while we do the talking during class. What is going on in today’s digital media industry? We will discuss what digital media will look like in a post-COVID world, career opportunities, and next steps for college all while showcasing real world examples, student work and keeping it interactive.
You know your students better than anyone. If you have a student you know wants to continue digital media, we are happy to meet with them for an interactive small group virtual session to discuss their interests, show what our current students are working on, and discuss their future plans.
We have held virtual workshops in cinematography, lighting, graphic design, storyboarding and so much more. We will be holding these events year round, let us know what you are looking for!

At CCH, we believe it is important to take a stand by demonstrating our willingness to promote and inspire systemic change. We must speak honestly and truthfully to the ugliness of racism that permeates throughout our society today. It may be an uncomfortable conversation for some, but it is an all-too familiar reality for anyone living in this country with black or brown skin. Hiding from it, ignoring it, or being silent about it will not make it go away.
