CCH Guest Speaker Series – Beau Flynn


Columbia College Hollywood is thrilled to announce their informative Q&A panel with famed producer, Beau Flynn in CCH’s main theatre on Thursday, November 10th from 7PM to 9:30PM. The speaking engagement will be moderated by Professor / Producer John Morrissey.

Beau Flynn has been producing feature films and in Television for over 18 years. In 2011 Flynn started his own entertainment company called Flynn Picture Company. He produces franchise and genre projects as well as high-conceptual type projects that span across all media platforms. With blockbusters under his belt such as “San Andreas”, “Hercules” and the Journey to the Center of the Earth films, Flynn has produced over 30 films that have earned more than $1.9 billion worldwide at the box office.

Flynn has several new exciting productions being announced including the much anticipated movie adaption of the popular 90’s hit, “Baywatch”. But Flynn isn’t all about the blockbuster; he has also produced a number of TV movies such as The “Hatfields and McCoys” and “An American Town as well as the popular reality series, “Fear”where a crew of people are assembled to enter places that are known to be haunted and challenged to complete missions that test their courage for cash prizes. He has also produced critically acclaimed independent films like Requiem for a Dream and Tigerland and edgy thrillers like “The Number 23” and “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”. Flynn currently has the Black List title “Two Night Stand”, available on Video on Demand and was simultaneously released in theaters by eOne. To date, the film is eOne’s most successful release.
